This accreditation reinforces our commitment to workplace safety and positions us as a strategic partner for contractor companies in the electrical sector.

What is the aelēc standard?

The aelēc standard, promoted by the Spanish Association of Electric Power Companies (AELĒC), establishes the training requirements in occupational risk prevention for staff working in contractor companies within the electrical sector. Its purpose is to ensure technical and practical training that helps reduce workplace accidents and improve coordination between companies.

This training framework covers key areas such as electrical risk, first aid, firefighting, work at heights, and confined spaces, among others. At Tesicnor, we provide this training in person, delivered by certified instructors and aligned with official regulatory content.

Active involvement in the development of the standard

Tesicnor has been actively involved in the development of the aelēc standard from the very beginning, contributing its expertise in training and safety within the electrical sector. During the official launch event organized by aelēc in 2023, our Head of ORP Training, Juan López, stated:

“We are very satisfied with this project because it facilitates the hiring of professionals across different companies in the sector, reduces costs, and, most importantly, helps reduce accident rates. This is a high-risk sector that clearly needed a unified training framework.”

The event brought together representatives from major electric utilities, training organizations, and certification bodies. The initiative was published in the official aelēc statement, which you can read here.

Official, rigorous, and tailored training

As an AUDELCO-certified training center, Tesicnor offers official, rigorous training aligned with the aelēc standard, tailored to the real needs of the electrical work environment. Our goal is to help companies comply with regulatory requirements and strengthen the safety and preparedness of their teams, ensuring that every worker is properly trained to operate in electrical installations with full confidence.
