What are my data-protection rights? General information.
With regard to the personal data collected for processing purposes, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. We also inform you that in certain circumstances you will have the right to restrict or object the processing of your data, in which case the Controller will cease processing and will only retain such data if there is a regulatory obligation to do so or until the statute of limitations for any actions that may apply has expired.
For more information on the above-mentioned rights, read on or visit the infographic published by the Spanish Data Protection Authority via this link (only in Spanish).
How and where can I exercise them?
We will be happy to address any queries or complaints you may have on data protection. You may also submit your complaint or exercise your rights through any of the contact channels referred to in the heading of this data protection policy.
Similarly, you may also contact the supervisory authority you deem appropriate to submit your complaint to (for example, in the country where you have your habitual residence or your workplace, or where you consider that the alleged infringement has occurred). Accordingly, we inform you that the supervisory body in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Authority, and you may exercise your rights through the forms set up for this purpose and available at its virtual office.
