1. Organiser

Tesicnor company, located in the industrial area, Río Elorz Nave 13E 31110 Noáin (Navarre) and Tax ID Number B31763899, organises a free raffle without obligation to purchase or contract any service, according to the modalities of these regulations, and accessible on the website www.TESICNOR.com.

2. Dates of celebration

The period of participation in the promotion will be from 2nd June to 31st October, 2017.
Under any circumstances will be accepted registrations outside the indicated deadlines. The organisation reserves the right to modify these deadlines, in order to ensure the fair and adequate development of the raffle.

3. Participants

Any 18 aged and natural person resident at the European Union.

The company reserves the right of verifying the information of the participants concerning the identity and the email address.

TESICNOR S.L.’s staff, including family members and spouses, are excluded from the present competition.

All those participants who have provided incomplete or inaccurate personal data will be automatically excluded from the draw. As well as those who do not wish the registration fo their personal data, in order to manage this draw.

The participation in the raffle means the complete acceptance of this participant rules.

4. Modality of participation

The registration in the raffle will be possible 24/7, from the website www.TESICNOR.com and during the aforementioned term.

It is necessary to fill in the participation form, located in www.TESICNOR.com the Home page.

5. Selection of the winner

The winner will be chosen by raffle on the 2nd November 2017 from among all participants that conform to the participation condition (2.)

TESICNOR S.L. will contact the winners by telephone and/or email. If after seven working days of email communication there is no response from the winners, the prize will be cancelled and the raffle will be repeated.

6. Prizes

The first prize consists of a course of wind sector emergency descent for three people, of three hours of duration in any of our training installations: TESICNOR Noáin (Navarre) or TESICNOR Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). However, the course must be done by the three people on the same day and in the same centre according to the availability of the course schedule of Tesicnor and the winners.

There is a year from the date of the draw to assist at the training course.

The second and third award consists of a pair of Miller stirrups.

7. Data protection and privacy

TESICNOR S.L. Reserves the right to publish the winner’s information on the web and social networks, as well as their image for promotional purposes. Likewise, TESICNOR reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks in order to verify the data provided by the participant, including requesting a copy of his national identity document or passport.

The personal data of the participants will be incorporated into a database property TESICNOR S.L. TESICNOR may use them for the purpose of sending commercial information. This data will be treated confidentially, according to the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13. So participants can access, rectify and cancel their information, as well as exercise their right of opposition. 8. Extension or suspension of the draw

TESICNOR S.L. reserves the right to extend or suspend the raffle in the case of force majeure.

9. Litigation and applicable law

Any request about the draw will be taken into consideration by post to the address TESICNOR S.L., Industrial Area Mocholí, c / Río Elorz, nave 13E, 31110 Noáin (Navarre).

The organisation may respond within a maximum of ninety (90) days after the deadline for participation.
