Training description

The GWO Service Lift User (SLU) course trains wind industry professionals in the safe use and evacuation of lifts in wind turbines. Participants will learn safety protocols, pre-use inspections, and evacuation procedures in case of emergencies. This training is essential to ensure safe operations at height and a quick response to incidents. Practical exercises include different types of lifts, such as cable-guided lifts, fixed-guide lifts, and rack-and-pinion lifts commonly used in the wind industry.
