TESICNOR is a highly industrial engineering consultancy, specialized in Risk prevention. We develope our activity in different sectors, industrial, telecommunications, renewable energy, chemical industry etc. Our main activities are:

• Production of all types of technical reports based on specific safety regulations (working at heights, propelled cranes etc).
• Implementation of safety inspections, both under construction and in operation phases, to verify the degree of compliance and the enforcement of protocols.
• On site analysis of work execution. We then make an assessment on the degree of danger, defining and validating different, more efficient alternatives.

Tesicnor offers its services to developers to comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 1627/1997 of 24 October, laying down the minimum safety and health requierements in Construction works.

The Royal Decree 1627/1997 provides, among others the obligation of the sponsor to appoint a coordinator on health and safety, both in preparation of the project (if involving several designers) and in the implementation phase of the work (if more than one enterprise is involved in the implementation or if self-emloyed workers where to be present). Likewise, the promoter must at this stage of the drafted work, develop a survey or baseline study regarding health and safety.
