About Document management for the Coordination of Business Activities

Goals:

Comply with current legislation related with Prevention of Occupational Risks. Other applicable regulations worth noting:

  • Law 31/1995 of November 8, Occupational Risk Prevention (Law 54/2003 of 12 December, regulatory reform of the Prevention of Occupational Risks).
  • Royal Decree 171/2004 of 30th of January, on matters of Coordination of Business Activities.

Work procedure.

Our service consists of the coordination of entrepreneurial activities, through effective documentation management. Thus, the objective is to ensure that Contracts / subcontractors have the documents required for carrying out work on customer sites.

  • Tesicnor reviews the documentation, according to criteria defined or established previously.
  • We record and store all documentation in our document management application.
  • We sent the information to those in charge of work on the state of the existing documentation, using various means or media: Information Control, e-mails, via Web, CD burning / DVD's, etc ...
